面签环节在递签的时候进行（即拿到CAS、完成在线预约递签申请后、收集齐全签证材料去递签的时候）。
语言：全程英文；时长：5分钟以内；场所：面签时会要求学生进入一个独立的包间，面对视频，通过视频与签证官进行实时交流。（在你回答时，签证官可能会边听边电脑记录）

流程：建议按预约的时间提前半小时到→取号（有些签证中心会通过取号来排队递交）→
到号后去柜台交材料→柜台交材料时签字→签字后录入生物信息（指纹、面部等信息采集）→面签
说明
极少数学生会遇到，当场未能面签，叫回家等通知，过两天再去面签的的情况（而且面试地点很有可能从VFS签证中心改到使馆，face to face签证官）；或者去现场递签的时候，被告知不用面签，直接回家等签证申请结果。
不能表现出移民倾向！即：学成之后的计划就是：回国工作！

当然，如果是有语言或者预科的学生，并且先申请语言或预科的签证，针对学习计划的问题，可以说明读完之后先是有继续学习的主课计划，然后再是毕业后的归国职业计划。

资金证明和来源篇
1. What are your tuition fees?

整个申请表长达八页，共计89个问题，这种虐心表格除去基本信息、签证声明以外，下面三类信息需要特别注意。
治安和犯罪史：包括是否和犯罪分子有过接触、是否接触过战争和恐怖行为。
这些问题看似可笑，但是如果其中任何一条的回答有问题，使馆就会以威胁国家安全的理由而拒签。
学习情况：主要是录取的学校专业，及入学的语言水平。
入境英国的学习目的真实与否会直接决定签证能否通过，同时，这也是视频面试中面试官最喜欢的提问部分。
费用：这是签证过程中非常敏感的部分，签证官需要明确学生有足够能力支付大学的学费和生活费，父母有稳定的收入，是真正留学而非赴英打黑工。
总之，申请表的内容是整个申请文件的核心，其他材料都是为了辅助证明申请表上某一内容真实可信。
而且申请表内容会被视频面试官看到，如果面试时的答案和书面答案有出入，该生的身份也可能被怀疑。
另外，中国学生出国读书，有些学生需要先读语言或预科，申请的签证也是语言、预科签证，正式的硕士或本科签证需要预科结束后在英国再次续签(一般学校会帮忙统一续签)，所以在签证问题的回答上，也要紧扣语言和预科的特点。
