作品集：Submit a PDF document, labelled with your name, containing the following: Link (Vimeo or YouTube) to a 30sec-1min personal video, introducing yourself and why you want to do the MFSA. This is a conversational piece-to-camera, please do not read out a statement. Links (Vimeo or YouTube) to two or more film/video works on which you have performed a Key Creative Role (Writer, Director, Producer, Cinematographer, Editor, Production Design, Special Effects/Graphics, Sound recording/Sound Design, Animator, one or more of the above). The credits for each film/video work submitted must accurately reflect the role you have performed. One paragraph creative statement for each of the films listed above, explaining what the work is about, the Key Creative Role you performed on the work, the challenges you faced making the work, and what you learned in the process.
