The expected learning outcome for this short two-week course is that students will become more confident in the language of academic discourse and will have practised some of the skills expected of university students.

• Classes begin at 10am and finish at 4:15pm (Monday and Tuesday) and 3pm (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).
• Students have a weekly one-to–one tutorial to provide feedback on their writing and to guide them as to how to become a more effective and independent learner.
