俗话说，民以食为天。最近几年，无论是国内还是国外，食品卫生安全问题层出不穷，国内的“三聚氰胺”事件，国外的“马肉冒充牛肉”事件，每一个都关乎着百姓的健康甚至生命。无疑，如果保证食品的卫生及安全已经成为一个全球性的热点问题。食品质量管理是多个学科综合的专业，学生不仅需要学习食品质量安全法律法规、食品安全标准、食品质量安全认证等课程，还要学习食品检验(包括化学检验、微生物检验等)方面的基本知识技能。
