我的适应能力还是比较强的，来这边完全没有什么不适应的。我觉得出国这些年对我的最大的收获，并不是说个人的学历上的，而是历练了我整个人的世界观和价值观，就是比较独立自主，没有依赖性。出国留学对我的人生有着很大的有益的影响，我觉得处理事情的方法比较果断，然后与人交流的方面不会有障碍，任何事情即使在困难也不会感到有挫折感，比较能忍之类之类的。
