近几年社会法学专业的毕业生就业来看一少部分人比较困难，一些业内人士与学生家长都不怎么看好这个专业。但这是人们对法学专业在认识上普遍存在的一个误区。的确，现实中确实存在部分法学专业学生(包括本科生、研究生)就业比较困难的现象，但不能由此而认为整个法学专业就业前景就是这样。法学专业“不好就业”的根本原因不是法学专业本身出了问题，更不是社会法律人才需求饱和的问题，而是在于部分学校的人才培养模式可能出现了问题，使得所培养的学生在素质和能力上存在缺陷而不能更好地符合社会的实际需要,最近几年看来法学就业存在着困境，但是前途还是很光明的。
